விரும்பி உண்

நீ என்ன சாப்பாடு விரும்பி சாப்டுவனு என்னிடம் யாரேனும் கேட்டால் தாமதிக்காமல் வரும் பதில் நான் எல்லா சாப்பாடும் விரும்பி சாப்டுவேன் இதுதான் ரொம்ப புடிக்கும்னு குறிப்பா எதுவும் இல்லைனு  தான் பதில் வரும்.

சாப்பாடு எங்கள் குல தெய்வம் என கூட சொல்லும் அளவுக்கு பற்றும் மரியாதையும் வரக்காரணம் என் குடும்பமும் என் உறவினர்களும் எனது ஊரும்.

என்னடா , எப்டியிருக்க , சாப்டியா எனதான் ஆரம்பிக்கும் எந்த ஒரு அறிமுகமும்.

பழைய சோறு (கஞ்சி) எங்களின் முதல் உணவு , காலை மதியம் இரவு என மூன்று வேலையும் அரிசி உணவே சாப்பிடும் ஊராக தான் எங்கள் ஊர் இருந்தது இப்பொழுது தான் இரவு சாப்பாட்டிற்கு தோசை சப்பாத்தி என சாப்பிடும் பழக்கம் மெல்ல நுழைகிறது .

பல ஊருகளுக்கு சுற்றி திரிந்தாலும் பழைய சோற்றுக்கு  சுண்ட வைத்த பழைய மீன் குழம்பை வைத்து சாப்பிடும் எங்கள் உணவின் சுவையை மிஞ்சிய ஒரு உணவை எங்கும் காணவில்லை .

 எப்டி உடம்ப கூட்டுறது என என்னிடம் கேட்பவர்களும் உண்டு  அவர்களுக்கு நான் சொல்லும் ஒரே அறிவுரை "எந்த ஒரு உணவையும் வெறுக்காதே" என்பதுதான்.இதை எனக்கு கற்று தந்தது எனது பள்ளி விடுதி வாழ்கை.

10-ம் வகுப்பு வரை வீட்டு உணவையே உண்டு சுவையில் திளைத்த என் நாவிற்கு மரண தண்டனை கொடுக்கும் விதமாய் அமைந்தன என் விடுதி உணவுகள் இருண்டு வருட அந்த விடுதி வாழ்கையில் இட்லி தோசைக்கு சாம்பார் மட்டுமே தரப்படும்,அதுவும் சாம்பாரில் தோசை நன்கு ஊறினால் மட்டுமே சாப்பிட முடியும். சட்னி குடுத்தார்கள் எனில் அன்று எங்களுக்கு திருவிழாதான் எனக்கு தெரிந்த வரையில் நான் அங்கு படித்த இரண்டு வருடத்தில் 3 முறை சட்னியும் இரண்டு முறை சப்பாத்தியும் போட்டார்கள் .

ஒரு சுவை மிகுந்த உணவிற்குதான் நாக்கு எவளவு துடிக்கிறது.அந்த பள்ளி வாழ்க்கை எனது சாப்பிடும் வழக்கத்தை மாற்றியது உணவில் சுவை இருக்கிறதோ இல்லையோ அதுவே அவ்வேளைக்கு இறைவன் தந்த உணவு என சாப்பிட ஆரம்பித்தேன் ..

.உணவின் மீதுள்ள காதல் இன்றும் தொடர்கிறது .. !!

Initial time with Books

Read .. Read ... Read... My brother sasi used to say this many times. but i was very lazy to read and i was not interested to  spend money for books.Dont know why he choosed me to buy books for him.that's how books were introduced to me .

He sent list of books to buy for him i was amazed about his interest on books. Title of the books in those lists which i never known before in tamil,and i was not very curious to buy, lazily moved my interest towards books mostly i requested my brother to go for book shop.when i first went to book shop i was not prepared to buy, i didnt know any tamil authors. But i was decided to act as i have lot of knowledge about books in that book shop.i have taken the print out of the list of books with me .thought of search the books that was the starting point of my Oscar performance.But when i seen the lacks of books in front of me i was totally went blank.

Shop keeper noticed my clueless look over the books and decided to help me .i tried to use my knowledge of microprocessor lab.Yes i used the tactics , how to use the chits which i used in microprocessor lab exam.but i was caught by shop keeper this time.he said me that Sir,can you give that paper i can get those books.What?! he called me a Sir.so i acted like that i didnt hear him. he said again . i handled that list and my sigh on that time like a hurricane.And i felt very bad about the knowledge of me over the books and decided to memorize the books before go to the shop. Memorized and went to another book shop next time. but i forgot everything when i entered into the shop.Shop keeper asked, What you want?, I simply replied "Novel" :( !

Shopkeeper started to say the list of Novels he has.But i was not ok with that list because that was not in my memory bytes.i was sweat and keep on thinking and finally got one book name in the dead end of my memory pipeline and asked  him that Do you have 'Goballa Purathu makkal"?, but shop keeper replied that there is no book in this name and showed me the book "Goballa Giramam" i replied to shopkeeper that i remember it starts with "Goballa" but i don't remember  the name after that and said to him that this is the book i want ,after some months only i realized that the shopkeeper lied to me i got the book "Goballa Giramam" in some other shop and realized  If we don't have much knowledge about the things we want to buy people can easily forge us.

My reading journey started with the book Oru veedu Oru Manithan Oru Ulagam.But my Reading  journey came into shape with the books Goballa Giramam and Goballa purathu makkal these three books are wonderful, i cant review those books in literature side because i am not much aware of it.but those are pleasant books and i had a good time with that. Still i am not much interested with the books because of the cost but i can say reading is an awesome experience and the travel with the characters of the books is a great experience which i cant explain in words ,you should feel while reading.

Ustad Hotel

Don't know why i selected this movie to watch. First of all i should thank my friend mano to keep on forcing me to see Malayalam movies.Their narration of the film is very slow but you will not get tired in the flow of these kind of movies as i loved.

This is the third  movie i m watching in Malayalaam and  second one of Dulquer Salmaan ,first one is neelakasham pachakadal chuvanna bhoomi.this guy has awesome screen presence .

Ustad Hotel is a story of faizi's fond in cooking and his grandpa's Hotel,yes of course its  Ustad Hotel ,the tiny shop which provide cheap food for that beach area.

story starts with faizi's father's dream about baby boy and his disappointment over the 4 girls in a row and his dream ends with faizi's birth.faizi growing up with his sisters so he used to spend his time in kitchen with his sisters .faizi's father wants faizi to do MBA but faizi returns as a chef from Switzerland. faizi's engagement stops because of his father and the girl's family disappointment about faizi's occupation and studies. Disgusted faizi's father  confiscated his passport so the situation force him to go to his grandpa's ustad hotel.

Then the story travel around the Hotel and his grandpas love and Love over the cooking and his service mind towards his employees and others even the hotel running with lot of credits.then the hotel goes under trouble then the faizi and team recover the hotel from its bad name and its credit. faizi's dream is to work in abroad also came alive in same time . faizi's interest in that abroad job force his grandpa to send him to his friend in madurai with the letter "i taught  him How to Cook,you teach him Why to Cook" . And the message of the film reveals at the end its kind of "Feed the Needy and Poor",then emotionally touched faizi came back and run the ustad hotel without his grandpa.Meanwhile the girl who reject him also came back to his life thats the love part of faizi

Dulquer Salmaan as faizi was fabulous and neat.as i said earlier he  has awesome screen presence .Thilakkan as Kareem Ikka was wow, i am a fan of his acting in the movie sathriyan  .and other actors in the movie also done a decent job.Nithya Menon as Sahina also good.

In the technical side BGM attracts me more than the songs.Sound mixing while cooking was too good. and cinematography was excellent.

on the whole Ustad Hotel is Pleasant movie to watch.yummy !!

இளையராஜா

புதுராகம் படைப்பதாலே நானும் இறைவனே எனும் வாலியின் வரிகள்  இளையராஜா இசையமைக்க எழுதப்பட்டது அல்ல இளையராஜாவை பற்றி எழுதப்பட்டதே.

இந்த மனிதனை பற்றி எழுதுவதற்கான தகுதியும் அனுபவமும்  இன்றி எனது சிந்தனையும் இசை அறிவும் என்னை ஏளனமாகவே பார்க்கிறது.இருந்தாலும் விடாப்பிடியாக எழுத ஆரம்பிக்கிறேன்.

பாடல் எனக்கு அறிமுகமான காலத்திலிருந்தே A.R.ரகுமானின் பாடல்களின் மீதே அதிக  ஈர்ப்பு இருந்த எனக்கு இளையராஜா-வின் பாடல்களின் மீது ஈர்ப்பு ஏற்பட காரணமாக இருந்தது எனக்கும் எனது அண்ணனுக்கும் நடந்த வாக்குவாதத்தின் முடிவு . "பூங்காற்றிலே உன் சுவாசத்தை தனியாக தேடி பார்த்தேன்" எனும் பாடல் அவளவு நல்ல பாடல்  இல்லை  என அவர் சொல்லியது மட்டுமில்லாமல் இளையராஜா தான் சிறந்தவர் என அவர் சொல்ல,எனக்கு வந்த கோபத்தின் விளைவாக , அப்படி என்ன அவர் பெரிய சிறந்தவர் என்ற கோபத்தினூடே கவனிக்க ஆரம்பிதேன் ராஜாவின் பாடல்களை .

வாக்கிங்  செல்லும் போது பாடல் கேட்கும் பழக்கமுண்டு,ஒரு ஞாயிறு காலை 

பாடல்களின் தொகுப்பில் ஒரு பாடல் வந்து அந்த நாள் முழுவதையும் அதிலேயே லயிக்க வைத்தது.வாக்கிங் செல்வதை நிறுத்தி விட்டு ஒரு ஓரமாக அமர்ந்து பன்னீர் பஷ்பங்கள் படத்தின் ஆனந்த ராகம் கேட்கும் காலம் எனும் அந்த பாடலின் இசையை  மட்டும் 6 மணி நேரம் தொடர்ச்சியாக கேட்கவும் வைத்தது.

யோவ் !! என்னையா இந்த மனுஷன் இப்புடி மியூசிக் போட்ருக்கான் என என்னையே என்னிடம்  பல முறை கேட்க வைத்தது அவரின் இசை .

அந்த மியூசிக்  சூப்பர் இந்த மியூசிக்  அதை விட சூப்பர் என சொல்ல ஆரம்பித்தால் வருட கணக்கில் சொல்லிக்கொண்டே இருக்கலாம்.

அவரின் குரலுக்கும் அடிமையாகிப்போனேன் .எப்பொழுது கேட்டாலும் நான் தேடும் செவ்வந்தி பூவிது என அவர் ஆரம்பித்த உடன் தலை அசைத்து சிரிப்புடன் ஆரம்பிக்கும் எனது தாளம்.

தூக்கம் வரவில்லை ,! பாடல் கேட்டால் தூங்கி விடலாம் என எண்ணி இவர் பாடல் கேட்க ஆரம்பித்தால் தூக்கம் தொலைந்து போகும் .

ராஜாவின் இசை என்பது அவரது திறமை மட்டும் அல்ல ,அது கடவுளின் வரம்.

எத்தனை மெட்டுகள் வந்தாலும், உன் மெட்டு தரும் போதையை அந்த
போடி மெட்டு கஞ்சா-வால்  கூட தர முடியாது !!

விரலிலும், குரலிலும், ஸ்வரங்களின் நாட்டியம்,
அமைக்கும் ராஜாவின் இசைக்கு அடிமையாகி கிடக்கும் அடியேன் -நான்

கேஜ்ரிவால்

அரசியலுக்கு பேச்சுக்கள் பேசி அதிகம் பழக்கமில்லை என்றாலும் ,
கடந்த நாட்களில்  என்னை அதிகம் பேச வைத்த ஒருவர் கேஜ்ரிவால் .

லோக்பால் பில் என்றால் என்னவென்று தெரியாத நேரத்தில் ,
லோக்பால் வந்தால் சுவிஸ் பேங்க் -இல் இருக்கும் கருப்பு பணம் எல்லாம் வெளிவந்து விடும் என்று முகப்புத்தகத்தில் வந்ததெல்லாம் நம்பி, அன்னா ஹசாரே மீது இருந்த மதிப்பும், லோக்பால் மீதிருந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பும், காங்கிரஸ்  மீதிருந்த வெறுப்பும் உச்ச கட்டத்தில் இருந்த நாள் அது .அன்னா ஹசாரே வின் உண்ணாவிரதத்தில் பங்கேற்கலாம் நமது  ஆதரவையும் தெரிவிக்கலாம் என்ற எண்ணம் வழக்கம் போல எண்ணமாகவே கலைந்தும் போனது.

அன்னா ஹசாரே மீது மத்திய அரசு சொன்ன புகார்கள் அவரது புகழை கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சம் மறைக்க ஊடகங்களுக்கு அடுத்த தீனி தேவைப்பட்ட நேரத்தில் யாரும் எதிர்பாராமல் முளைத்த , ஊடகங்களால் முளைக்க வைக்கப்பட்ட விதையே அரவிந்த் கேஜ்ரிவால்.

காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் ஊழல் அதிகரிக்க அதிகரிக்க கேஜ்ரிவாலின் புகழும் அதிகரித்தது . அரசியலை டீ கடை பெஞ்சில் மட்டுமே வைத்து பேசாமல் தெருவில் இறங்கி பேசி அனைவரின் கவனத்தையும் ஈர்த்தார் கேஜ்ரிவால் .

டெல்லி அரசியலில் எதிர்பாராத திருப்பமாக ஷீலா தீக்ஷித்ன் 10  ஆண்டு கால ஆட்சிக்கு முடிவுகட்டி 28 தொகுதிகளை பிடித்து மைனாரிட்டி அரசை அமைத்து , எவ்ளவு விமர்சனங்களுக்கு உள்ளாக முடியுமோ அவ்ளோ விமர்சனங்களுக்கும் ஆளாகி 49 நாட்களில் ஆட்சியையும் களைந்து போனது.

லோக்பால் பில்லுக்கு யாரும் ஆதரவு தரவில்லை என்பதை காரணம் காட்டி முதல்வர் பதவியில் இருந்து ராஜினாமா செய்வதாக அறிவித்தார்.இது அவரின் அரசியல் தந்திரம் என எல்லாரும் சொல்ல எனக்கென்னமோ அப்படி தோணவில்லை .இலங்கையில் தமிழ் மக்களும் மீனவர்களும்  செத்து கொண்டிருக்க அதை வைத்து தமிழகத்தில் இருந்து அரசியல் பண்ணியவர்களை பார்த்து வளர்ந்த எனக்கு இவர் செய்தது அரசியல் தந்திரமாக தெரியவில்லை.

பொன்விழா காணும் தமிழக தி.மு.க ,அதிமுக கட்சிகள் தமிழகத்திலேயே முடங்கிப்போக இரண்டு வயது கூட ஆகாத ஒரு கட்சி தேசிய அரசியலில் ஒரு புயலை கிளப்பியது மிக ஆச்சர்யமான விசயம்தான்.

மோடி எனும் மதவாத அரசியல்வாதி குஜராத் எனும் மாநிலத்தை முன்னோடி  ஆக்கிவிட்டதாக மக்களை நம்பவைத்து தேசிய அரசியலில் மோடி அலை வீசுகிறது என ஊடகங்களால் பரப்பப்பட, குஜராத்-இல் வளர்ச்சி இல்லை என அங்கு  களப்பணி செய்த பின் அறிவித்த ரிசர்வ் பேங்க் அறிக்கையை யாரும் கண்டு கொள்ளாத நிலையில் .கேஜ்ரிவால் குஜராத் சென்றது அனைவராலும் கண்டு கொள்ளப்பட்டது. தான் எதிர்காமலே காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி கவிழ்ந்து விடும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை உருவானதோ என்னவோ தெரியவில்லை .மோடியை ,
பா ஜ  க -வை எதிர்க்கிறார் இன்று. வாரணாசி-யில் மோடி ஜெயிக்க அதிக வாய்ப்பிருகிறது என தெரிந்தும் அங்கு மோடியை எதிர்த்து நிற்கிறார் என்றால் இதை முட்டாள்தனம் என்பதா தைரியம் என்பதா இல்லை விளம்பர யுக்தி என்பதா தெரியவில்லை .

ஊழல் இல்லா இந்தியா என்ற கொள்கையை மட்டுமே முன்னிறுத்தி இவர்கள் செயல்படுவதால் கொஞ்சம் அதிருப்தியே .அரசியல் வாதிகளின் ஊழலால் மட்டுமே இந்திய மக்கள் கஷ்டப்படுகிறார்கள் என கேஜ்ரிவால் நினைத்தால் அது முட்டாள்தனமே.எனினும் ஆம் ஆத்மியின் நாடாளுமன்ற வேட்பாளர்கள் என் கவனத்தை அதிகம் ஈர்கிறார்கள் .

இந்தியாவிற்க்கு மீண்டும் விடுதலை கிடைக்குமா ?பொறுத்திருந்து தான் பார்க்க வேண்டும் இந்த ஆம் ஆத்மி மற்றும் கேஜ்ரிவாலின் புரட்சியை.

மழை

அறிவியலுக்கும் ,நாத்திகத்திற்கும் ,ஆத்திகத்திற்கு சவால் விடும் ஒரு பகடிக்காகயாக மாறி நிற்கிறது இயற்கை .

உஷ்ண மூச்சுக்கள் நுரையீரல் நிரப்ப ,

வானம் பார்த்த பூமியாம் என் தாய் தமிழ் நாட்டை பல நாட்களாக வாட்டி, தானம் கேட்கும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளி கொண்டிருக்கிறது மழை .
கானல் நீரை மட்டுமே காட்டி செல்கிறது இந்த வெயிலின் தணல்.
விவசாய நிலங்கள் விலை நிலங்கள் ஆகிப்போக, விவசாயிகள் மண்ணின் உரமாக மாறி வரும் காலத்தை சற்றே கனத்த இதயத்துடன் கடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறேன் .
தென் மேற்கு பருவமழை , வட கிழக்கு பருவமழை போன்ற சொற்கள் வழக்கொழிந்து போய் விட்டன
குளிர் காற்றை கடக்கும் போது  அருகில் மரம் இருப்பதை உணர்கிறேன் . வானம் குளிர மரம் அவசியம் என்பதை மறந்து அறிவியலின் கண்டுபிடிப்புகளில் தொலைந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது அடுத்த தலைமுறை.

இயற்கை தனது பழிவாங்கும் படலத்தை நடத்திக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது .

நாம் இயற்கை வளங்களை அழித்தோம் அது நம்மை ஒழிக்க உக்கிரதோடே நம் முன் நிற்கிறது .

இன்னா செய்தாரை ஒறுத்து நன்னயம் செய்ய மாட்டாயோ மழையே !!
